Aamras puri is one of the most famous Maharashtrian food in summer, majorly it is an authentic recipe which is made in every Maharashtrian home with love. Aamras puri means the Aam means mango fruit and ras means the juice so it is also known as mango juice. and it can be enjoy with puri now puri means the small wheat flour chapatis deep fried in oil which is really very good in taste and i am really recommending you to try this recipe at home it is quite simple n too much tasty recipe.
